Yesterday we went to the Tree House Nursery. We love looking at the fabulous plants and cute animals. Leia inspecting the grape vines
They love feeding the chickens,ducks,and turkeys,their homemade salad of weeds.

I love the cherry tree. Jen wants one but we couldn't fit it in her car,so We're going back today with my truck to get it.

I bought the Yellow Jasmine plant that smells heavenly.I also learned the other day that it is the South Carolina State plant.

His bed. He loves the sheets that I got him ,so if your wanting some nice sheets look at the big sheet set from Kholes. He's picky about sheets so I'm glad I did good picking these out.

dentist visit

Well Today we went back to the dentist to get our fillings. I had one and Leia had 4. Leia did really well.They do it all drilless. No pain just a weired feeling on that tooth that will last a few days . It feels like a pebble on your tooth that you wear it down in a few days.I really like this dentist.They make you at ease for such a chicken like me. I've been looking on the Internet about crossbites and everything that I've read is at this age it might be fixed with a retainer that has to stay in place for 6 months. But if the teeth don't align straight later in her teenage years she might need braces. But the Internet said once the palate is stretched out her teeth won't be so crowded and will move into place. Her front tooth is growing in sideways. I'll probably call and check it out in a few days.

My neighbor Jen just brought over some taco's She is so sweet. She knew we'd be getting in a little late and so she made us so taco's so I wouldn't have to cook.She is such a great friend.She makes being here so much easier to tolerate. Not much else going on around here. I'll post some pictures of Chris new room. love to all.

Today we went to the South Carolina State Museum. We had a blast.Definitely worth the trip back up there to do it again.As you can see it's huge. WE walked it for 4 hours and still didn't see all of it.It was dollar Sunday so we didn't know what to expect thinking the kids would be bored out of their minds,but if was a lot of fun for a 2 year old to a 100 year old. They had a lot of hands on things for the kids to do and a lot of reading things for us grownups.I feel guilty because we did it on dollar day.It's worth double the regular price of admissions.I can't wait to go back again. They had everything there you could imagine.

They had a whole floor of war exhibits. We were so tired we only saw a little bit of this one. We were rounding on the 4th hour and the kids were getting antsy and hungry.

They even had a section of older equipment. This one showing records and some of the first record players. They also had some of the first T.V.'s and they even had a mock old movie theater. They were showing a black and white Little Rascal movie.

They even had old equipment.Some of it was odd. Like a back massager that you had to insert it into a light bulb fixture to get it to work.

There was even an automobile section that showed the first cars to present.

The moon exhibit was wonderful . They even had a real moon rock that you could look at .

This was cool. They showed you the teeth that you could touch and when you did it growled.

They had some really cool fossils.

I was so excited that Leia got to see the dinosaur bones.Truthfully I think I was more excited about it more then she was.

This was lastnight. And these are out of order. Shark bait figured out a way to get over to Jennifer's house. There is a small gap where the wood fence ends and the metal one begins.He figured out how to squeeze between the two. So this is Rocko, Jennifer's dog. Our dogs played all day and tuckered themselves out completely.Jennifer had come over to visit and this is where we found the boys.

Do you see where the 2 fences meet? This is Ruger thinking Damn I'll never fit and I can't jump, maybe I can plow it down.

This is Rocko figuring out how to come over onto our side.I watched Shark Bait do it a few times and one time he did like a twist mid way through and all four paws were sideways. And if he doesn't make it the first time he backs further away and runs faster. Like dang dog your going to ruin your insides.

OK We went to the dentist and this is what they told us. Leia has 4 spots on her teeth that are not cavities but if left alone they will be. 2 on permanent teeth and 2 on baby teeth. Next week she is scheduled for her fillings.plus to put sealant on the back molars because of the deep crevasses. Also the DR. informed me that I need to take Leia to the Orthodontist because she has a crossbite.See how her upper teeth are behind the lower teeth.The biggie named braces was thrown out and that I need to have her seen within the next 6 months to start getting it corrected because the time to do it is between 7-8 yrs of age.I don't even want to know what that bill is going to be.

We had some snow last night. The weatherman had said we would,he just didn't say when. I almost blogged last night to say the weatherman was wrong,but decided to go to bed. I went to go let Ruger back in and he walked in with snow all over him. I just looked at him dumbfounded like you were only out for like 10 minuets. Sure enough snow was falling in big fat flakes. Leia had woken up so I took her out to see it.I was expecting this morning for there to be snow on the ground but apparently it was to warm for it to stick. At least we got to see it for a minuet.Not much is going on.We went to a birthday party yesterday and that's about it that's exciting anyway.Leia is going to the dentist today and I'm going tomorrow. SO keep your fingers crossed.
