What a great day.It is our Anniversary and fathers day. It started with me making Chris his favorite chocolate chip cookies and Leia delivered them to him with her card and gift while he was still asleep.Then instead of breakfast in bed it was cookies in bed. I guess I'll find all the crumbs later.We got up and got ready for the state park caverns. I made up a picnic basket of sandwiches and fresh fruit salad. We had a beautiful picnic with the birds just a chirping away. And some serious ants on steroids. And they were bright orange. I have never seen anything like it. Like the size of a wasp with out wings.Then at the park we went to the river and explored it for awhile then made it up to the cave. We did the guided tour. It was about an hour long and Leia couldn't get enough of it. she thought it was awesome. After that we took some hiking trails. It was a blast. Now we are fixing dinner. Shrimp and grouper. YUMMY.Baked potatoes with some key lime pie for desert.And that wraps up the day.I hope you all had a good weekend.
