Friday night fun

Yesterday I had a great day.I normally work till 5:30 on Friday but we only had 3 patients so I left at 12:30 YIPPEE!!! So I was able to come home and have some good quality time with Leia. then when Chris got home I begged him to take us out to eat and to a movie. We went to Carrobba's. If there is one up in Indy I would love to find it. It has the BEST shrimp and Scallops in the world. They have them breaded in Italian bread crumbs and then grilled and then covered with a great lemon butter sauce. It just melts in your mouth. Then we went to the GRAND which is a new theater on the beach. Near Carrobba's. Anyway we went and saw Alvin and the chipmunks. Leia's daycare was going to take there class to go see it but one of the caregivers had an emergency at home and they didn't have enough staff to take the kids. Of course Leia was upset about it because we had hyped it up so much that she was going to see it.And because we were grateful because it didn't sound like that great of a movie so we wouldn't have to sit though it. SO long story short we took her not looking forward to it,but we were surprised. It actually was a great movie. I highly recommend taking the kids and grand kids to See it. All of the critics gave it a D+ but yahoo user's gave it a B+. I give it an A . It actually is one that we will buy her when it comes out on DVD. It had great humor for the kids and adults. I don't say this about many movies. I really think the kids and you would like it.
