Amanda and I have decided we are going to blog our journey of weight loss together this year. I am hoping this will keep us accountable because I am horrible at journaling in a little book . I have come to realize you can't keep doing the same thing and expect a different outcome. Eating is our addiction and very hard to break. I lost 50 lbs last year and unfortunately have gained 40 of it back in fairly short amount of time, just because I quit watching what I eat at every meal and I quit weighing myself when the battery died on the scales. I now have a battery and am schocked at what they say. Now that Amanda and I will be together more, we can help support each other better. I've thought it over and we have decided to do slim fast in the morning,tuna and salad for lunch, and a smaller portioned size meal of whatever for dinner. I tried this several years ago and lost weight rather quickly,so we'll see if it works again. It is honestly easier to stick to then any other because you can look forward to a yummy meal once a day. Why I got off this diet before was that Slim Fast made my stomach hurt. I am hoping now that they have different ones they won't make my stomach hurt. We'll see. Pictures of us now will come at a later date because i don't want to crash Amanda's new computer with my SD card that has 500+ pictures on it.
