We went to NC for the weekend. We had a fantastic time.We had a nice visit, was able to help a bit around the house, and watch a few movies to recover from our aching feet, back, insert what ever hurt.It was nice and relaxing.We drove around their county and saw remains of the hurricane from this past September. Fema trailers, Trash, downed trees, and lots of buildings being repaired. We also went to a fantastic mom and pops restaurant and had fish. My fish sandwich turned out to be Swai. It was SO SO GOOD. You have to try it. It's in the freezer section.We're home now and have unpacked. I looked on line for jobs and found 4 radiology/MRI jobs. I've applied to 2 of them. The other 2 I'm debating on B/C they're in a bad area and are a long drive.
We spent Sat doing yard work. We made a burn pit so high one might see it from the moon.
Chris and Jean also let her run the lawn mower to haul limbs to the burn pit.She had a blast.It was in low gear so she couldn't go fast.
Leia's first motorcycle ride. Chris went very slowly around the yard in the grass. Leia had a great time.
The boys needed a lift back home after a hard days work.
It's a Chris sandwich with Jean and Leia in the middle.
D nervous about being on the water. He constantly was checking out the water. I guess maybe looking for sharks.Or saying Water Water Water... I must fight the urge to swim.
Sitting on Chris and Jeans dock. The wind was fiercely freezing cold but yet Ruger is panting.
Leia wanted D back there to play with, and at first he had room. Then Ruger made himself comfortable and sat on D. Needless to say after laughing so hard at D he sat comfortable on my lap the rest of the ride home.
