I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter. We don't have any plans and will probably just wing it.We're planing on going to Myrtle Beach tomorrow and then on Sunday we'll go to church. As far as an Easter dinner I don't have anything planed. I am craving ham and potato salad. To me it's not Easter if you don't have those 2 things. And maybe deviled eggs that's been dyed. We'll probably have Chicken and a version of potato salad that I can never make right.Shoot even last time I tried to make deviled eggs I botched it by putting too much sugar into the filling.I wish so much that we could be home for Easter.Sigh!!! I'm day dreaming of it now. Next year will be different. I can't wait.

.

A silly picture of my 2 boys with their tongues out. We colored Easter eggs today with Jen and Ethan.I think they turned out pretty good.

Leia showing off one of her masterpiece. Jen told me their tradition of Easter eggs was they put a hole in the top and empty out the egg. Next they color them like normal. When done they fill them with confetti and put cotton on the top. Then during the activities on Easter they go and smash the eggs on each other spilling out the confetti. She said that sometimes she would fill them up with catsup and Mustard to trick people.I find their Easter tradition interesting.I told her I had never heard of this and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. She told me Wal-Mart even sells the eggs colored and filled with confetti. Am I the only one out here that has never heard of this? I'm begging, send me a comment on this. I really do find this interesting. What are some of your Easter traditions?

Jen came over the other day and we made smores. We fired up the Chimanaya and roasted them.I tried to post this earlier but my computer wasn't letting me download pictures. Hence a few boring posts.

Leia adding a few sticks .Note when throwing sticks from this distance ,it will throw out a bunch of smoky ash.Which you will taste for the next week.

Chris did the honers in roasting the marshmellows. I did learn that some people instead of using marshmellows use Peeps. Interesting.

Yummy!!! Minus the nails. I have since painted them since this picture. I was mortified.

We just got back from watching Ringo A kid movie. I have a lot of complaints on it. Too many cuss words and a half naked barbie doll upper half that was showen a lot in the movie. The TV adds make it seem that it's a funny cartoon for kids. I don't think I laughed more then once. IF that. In my head I was like Leia shouldn't be watching this. So for those of you with young ones, it isn't like Finding Nemo family orientated. The plot was good with some good moral but they had too much adult content in it for kids.
