Leia will stop everything that she is doing to give me a hand in the kitchen. She doesn't like any help. Even when flour and egg are oozing everywhere. She is having fun.
Flour on the nose is priceless.
Leia said "Mom are you sure it's supposed to look like this? It looks like dog poo with green bits in it! " Wait WHAT!!!This kid doesn't know how wonderful Z bread IS!!! I guess she'll soon find out.

So an agonizing hour to wait for it to bake until yummy z bread is eaten. Who needs dinner tonight. Not me.I guess that's why this morning I forgot to put the roast in the crock pot. Oops. Sorry babe, chicken tonight again!!!

So what do you do with all of it besides give it away. Which I've already done that too. I've baked it, grilled it, and now making zucchini bread.If you have any favorite healthy or not so healthy ways you eat it please let me know how you like to eat it.

You can make a ton of bread and freeze it! Just make sure it's tightly wrapped in foil and ziploced. Worked for us!
I also froze the pulp one time. It would have worked if I didn't let it get freezer burned.
